Dennis P. DeGrave

Dennis DeGrave has owned maintained and restored many vehicles over his lifetime. He was interviewed by I-Van, attended their training schools, and has been doing Vehicle Appraisals since 2021. He is still an avid automotive hobbyist, former classic car restorer, former NHRA Modified production mechanic, and now spends much of his free time maintaining his vehicles.

International Vehicle Appraisers Network

I-VAN is an international association of hobbyists who are certified appraisers of all types of Antique/Classic/ Special Interest Vehicles (including Street Rods & Customs.) The very first requirement to becoming a Certified I-VAN appraiser is to become an AACA Judge and participate in judging at a minimum of one national meet per year.

Each appraisal candidate attends an extensive training school, conducts supervised field training assignments, and must complete considerable home study before becoming considered for certification.

I-VAN Certified Appraisers cannot be involved in any type of employment that could lead to any potential or actual conflict of interest (i.e. restoration, repair, painting, insuring, claims adjusting, buying/selling, exporting or transporting, of vehicles.)

Our organization understands collectible vehicles, the hobby, and the marketplace We’re active in the hobby and we own many of the types of cars, trucks, motorcycles, art, and automobilia that we appraise.
